Dispensaries in Missouri have exceeded expectations of first year sales. Plunging 1.4 billion dollars of legal marijuana sales into our local economies. Aside from the financial windfall pot sales have put over 19,000 Missourians to work. In 2020 when medical marijuana was first legalized Missouri collected over $150 million in taxes and fees. $40 million went to programs that serve veterans.
