According to reports from The Maryville Forum, no charges will be filed in the case of Baby Bo Mozingo, an infant found deceased at Mozingo Lake Recreation Park in May. Following a review of the investigation and medical determination, the Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney said there is no evidence a crime occurred and said it was a tragic stillbirth.
