St. Joseph, Mo. – Two streets bordering Civic Center Park, Francis Street and North 12th Street, will be closed from Saturday evening to Monday morning to accommodate the Red Rally event on Sunday. Barricades will be set up Saturday, though access to Wesley Senior Towers’ parking lot will be maintained. The ongoing construction on the park’s west stairs means they will remain closed during the free public rally.
