On Tuesday, May 27, the Rolling Hills Library in St. Joseph, Missouri, is inviting the public to sign the final steel beam for its new building. This beam will be displayed at the Belt Branch location, allowing community members to leave their mark. The following day, May 28, the signed beam will be installed in the new structure, which is set to open in the spring of 2026 and will replace the current Belt Branch while also housing various library operations.
