The East Hills Library will host a “Hobbit Day” celebratory event on September 22 in honor of hobbits Bilbo and Frodo Boggins. The event will have a Hobbit’s full daily menu and movie marathon. The Fellowship of the Ring starts at 9:10 a.m., followed by The Two Towers and The Return of the King. Costumes are encouraged, but weapons both fake and real are prohibited, according to the library’s website.
