A woman from King City, Missouri, Lynsey N. Chan, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and delivering a controlled substance following a man’s fatal overdose in July. According to court documents, Chan allegedly supplied the man with fentanyl and then forced him to leave her residence after he showed signs of overdosing. She is also accused of monitoring him on security footage and instructing others not to call for medical assistance.
