The University of Missouri Extension is launching a five-week Master Pollinator Steward program today, May 5th, to educate participants on protecting and supporting vital pollinator populations facing decline due to habitat loss. This program will combine statewide virtual presentations with local in-person field sessions across seven Missouri locations. Participants will learn about various pollinators like bees and butterflies and their crucial role in agriculture and healthy ecosystems.
