April 2nd is just days away. A municipal election that will determine who will continue to serve on the city council, Maryville School board and the Nodaway County Health board. Other townships are facing similar issues with the election of new mayors, school board members and voting on important propositions. County wide there is one proposition that stands out. A ⅜ cent tax increase to provided for what has been termed as next gen 911. There are two things voters are encouraged to do. First educate yourself on the issues and second get out and Vote!
