Nodaway County Health Center urges parents to get their children immunized promptly for the upcoming school year. Eighth and twelfth graders require Tdap and meningitis vaccines, while kindergartners need five different immunizations including DTaP, IPV, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella. A clinic is scheduled for August 11th during Maryville R-II registration, but parents can also make appointments at the Health Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
