The City of St. Joseph Public Works Department lifted its Phase 2 snow emergency early Sunday morning after crews successfully cleared major roadways. Superintendent Jackson Jones confirmed that all emergency snow routes were completed by 5:15 a.m., allowing operations to shift toward residential districts. Officials noted that while the primary cleanup is finished, drivers should remain cautious as crews continue working to maintain clear streets.
